ANERIS WOMEN

Completed July 2007
Genre: Documentary
Format: Digital Mini DV
Approx Running Time: 13.36 mins

This is a documentary about women working in the arts. We interviewed many women, most of which belong to the arts collective Aneris, at their launch event at Peace In The Park, in Sheffield, June 2007. We asked several women about their art form, and what it is like for women working in their professions, what they love, what holds them back, what they’d like to change. We also asked many people, both male and female how they would describe a strong woman. We also covered several of their performances.

We asked a list of ‘either/or’ questions to a huge cross section of society, with fascinating results.
